Tri-Release Therapy Sessions 1, 2 and 3

I am looking forward to teaching the Tri-Release Therapy Technique in St. Petersburg, Florida this spring.

March 10th - 11th - Session 1 is important as it is the only time that we show the technique in step-by-step order. The hands-on portion includes practicing the technique beginning with the toes and ending with the hips and sacrum. Important releases of the feet, ankles, and knees will be addressed throughly. The lecture portion includes the anatomy, the Cranial patterns and the need for Tri-Release Therapy to relax and restore the body.

April 14th - 15th - Session 2 will cover the Anatomy of the upper body and the patterns that are found in the rib cage, wrists, elbows, shoulders, the lumbar and thoracic spinal areas. All of these areas will be addressed with the hands-on Tri-Release Technique.

May 5th - 6th - Session 3 is focused exclusively on the Cranial Tri-Releases. Although in practice this is the place to start Tri-Release Therapy, we are confident that each class member will be comfortable with the terminology and the application of the Technique, having practiced since the first session. Headaches, TMJ dysfunctions, occlusal problems, balancing and relaxation of tension due to the Cranial patterns that have their origin in this area of the body.

$200 per session
$100 per session for repeating students

Cranial-sacrally, "Normal" is obvious as one side of our newborn is a bit more internally rotated, when compared to its almost matching other or right side.
