In the Tri-Release Therapy Workshop program participants learn to:

  • Use specific body reading techniques to confirm the need for Tri-Release Therapy
  • Gain insights into anatomy as seen from the Tri-Release therapist’s point of view
  • Identify the distortion patterns that are found throughout the body
  • Practice the gentle ‘stacking’ process that is Tri-Release Therapy
  • Apply the technique to various areas of the body for the reduction of acute or chronic pain
  • Provide relaxation of restricted fascial bands allowing a freer exchange of the body fluids
  • Increase range of motion in previously restricted jointed areas of the body
  • Easily integrate Tri-Release Therapy Technique with most modalities already being used

The fundamental techniques used in Anatomy of the lower extremities will be reviewed along with the basic distortion patterns and body reading necessary to the practice of Tri-Release Therapy for relief of strain or sprain problems that occur in legs. The pelvic girdle is addressed as Tri-Release Therapy is applied to this area of the body which includes the ischium tuberosity, sacrum, ilia and pubic attachments with special attention to the hip joint function. Increased range of motion, greater ease of movement and a freer exchange of fluids are definite benefits of this session.

Tri-Release Therapy for the full spinal column including lumbar, thorasic and cervical spine. Spinalis muscles, cervical muscles of the anterior and posterior regions as well as the internal and external lumbar and abdominal muscles are discussed and treated in this important session.

Tri-Release Therapy as applied to the cranium requires attendance at earlier sessions if applicant has no formal cranial therapy training. Please check with our office before planning to attend.
